Heute war ich mit 2 Freunden in einer Schule in dem Dorf Matse. Das Dorf liegt nicht weit von Ho entfernt und meine beiden Freunde sind dort als Lehrer tätig. Mit wirklich wenigen mitteln wird dort erfolgreich die EP Junior Highschool betrieben. Am Vormittag trafen sich die Lehrer um über das kommende Kultur- und Musikfest sowie über aktuelle Probleme zu sprechen. Unter anderem hat die Regierung ein Programm ins Leben gerufen, dass Lehrer als Berater und Lebenshilfeexperten für die Schüler da sein sollen.
Über die Durchführung sowie notwendige Gelder für Weiterbildungen schweigt Sie sich jedoch aus. Auch ist interessant dass es an Sportgeräten wie z.B. Fußbällen fehlt. In den ländlichen Gebieten merkt man schnell dass die Versorgung wesentlich schlechter ist.

Today i was together with two friends of mine at the school in the village Matse. The village is situated near Ho and my both friends are teachers there. The staff successfully run there the EP Junior Highshool even if they have not much money. The teachers meeting each other in the morning to discuss the coming culture and music festival and of course actual problems. For example, the government has started a program in which teachers should provide counseling and guidance to the pupils. But the realization of this program is up to the staff of teachers. How to manage this without money and further education is not of their concern. Also there is a lack of sport items like a football for example. The provision of the rural and remote are much worse than in the city ho for example.
